Q2: I entered my credit card information and other requested information but I never received a password. How do I get my password?
A: All information requested must be accurately entered. Recheck your information. When you are transferred to the "complete the sale" page, you must click on "Click here to complete your purchase" to process your order. You should be immediately taken to the eBook download and password page.
Q3: I have the password and have downloaded the eBook but how do I get to the eBook to enter it?
A: Close or minimize the window with the password and download instructions so you can see your desktop. Double click on the "hometheater" icon which should be on your "desktop" (or other folder where you saved it). If it is still zipped (ie. has a zip extension), you will need to unzip it with an unzip utility such as "Stuffit". This free unzip utility is available at www.stuffit.com/expander/index.html if you need it. When you open the unzipped eBook a window will open where you can enter your password.
Q5: I have entered the password but it won't unlock the eBook. How do I get it to work?
A: You must enter the password exactly as it is given to you using all lower case letters. First try again. If that doesn't work, try closing and reopening the eBook.
Q6: I have lost the link to the free bonus. Where is it?
